氧和氬的物理性質(zhì)相近，在色譜柱上較難分離，得到的色譜峰通常是一混合組分，而無 法定量，因此氧氬分離成為色譜分離中一大的難題。在國標(biāo)GB/T 14605-93《氧氣中微量氬、 氮和氪的測定氣相色譜法》中是采用脫氧柱(401脫氧劑)先將氧脫除，而后使被檢測組分氬、 氮和氪經(jīng)色譜柱分離后進(jìn)入檢測器，達(dá)到測定分析氬、氮等組分的
