滕州市浩瀚色譜儀器技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司，建立了氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法(GC-MS)測(cè)定紡織品中1,2-二氯乙烷及其降解產(chǎn)物的方法。樣品經(jīng)甲醇超聲提取后,降解物2-氯乙醇可直接用氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用儀測(cè)定,氯乙酸經(jīng)衍生為氯乙酸甲酯后,用氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用儀測(cè)定,外標(biāo)法定量。結(jié)果表明:在0.05~30 mg/L范圍內(nèi),1,2-二氯乙烷、2-氯乙醇、氯乙酸的線性相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.999 6、0.999 0、0.999 0,在較寬的質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi)有很好的線性關(guān)系;方法的檢測(cè)低限均為0.5 mg/kg。7種陰性紡織品,在0.5、1.0和5.0 mg/kg 3個(gè)加標(biāo)水平下,1,2-二氯乙烷、2-氯乙醇、氯乙酸的平均回收率范圍為85.0%~101.6%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為3.7%~7.9%。該方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確、靈敏度和度高,適用于紡織品中1,2-二氯乙烷及其降解產(chǎn)物的分析檢測(cè)。

Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of 1,2-dichloroethane and its degradation products in textiles by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). After the sample was ultrasonically extracted by methanol, the degraded product 2-chloroethanol can be directly measured by a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. After the chloroacetic acid is derivatized into methyl chloroacetate, it is determined by a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer and quantified by an external standard method. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of 1,2-dichloroethane, 2-chloroethanol and chloroacetic acid were 0.999 6, 0.999 0 and 0.999 0 in the range of 0.05~30 mg/L, respectively. There is a good linear relationship in the range; the detection limit of the method is 0.5 mg/kg. In 7 negative textiles, the average recoveries of 1,2-dichloroethane, 2-chloroethanol and chloroacetic acid ranged from 85.0% to 101.6% at 0.5, 1.0 and 5.0 mg/kg. The standard deviation is 3.7% to 7.9%. The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and precise, and is suitable for the analysis and detection of 1,2-dichloroethane and its degradation products in textiles.
