以乙酸和正丙醇為原料合成乙酸正丙酯,利用中心組合設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)考察醇酸摩爾比、催化劑用量和反應(yīng)時(shí)間3個(gè)因素對(duì)SO_4~(2-)/Nd_2O_3-ZrO_2-Fe_2O_3三元固體超強(qiáng)酸催化合成乙酸正丙酯的影響,運(yùn)用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)其工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,確定的合成條件為:醇酸摩爾比1.3∶1、催化劑用量1.6 g和反應(yīng)時(shí)間2.5 h,酯化率為92.6%。在此條件下重復(fù)實(shí)驗(yàn)5次,酯化率仍在92%以上。

Using acetic acid and n-propanol as raw materials to synthesize n-propyl acetate, using the central combination design experiment to investigate the three factors of the molar ratio of alkyd, the amount of catalyst and the reaction time to SO_4~(2-)/Nd_2O_3-ZrO_2-Fe_2O_3 ternary solid super acid The influence of the catalytic synthesis of n-propyl acetate, the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the process parameters, and the optimal synthesis conditions were determined as follows: the molar ratio of alkyd to acid is 1.3:1, the amount of catalyst is 1.6 g, the reaction time is 2.5 h, and the esterification rate is 92.6%. Under these conditions, the experiment was repeated 5 times, and the esterification rate was still above 92%.
