浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立頂空-氣相色譜技術(shù)測(cè)定工作場(chǎng)所空氣中甲醇的檢測(cè)方法。方法采用GH-1型溶劑解吸型硅膠管采樣,頂空法進(jìn)樣,裝有氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器FID的氣相色譜檢測(cè),測(cè)定該方法的線性范圍、平均值、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差、相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差和回收率。結(jié)果該方法的甲醇質(zhì)量濃度在140.0 mg/L以內(nèi)呈線性,線性回歸方程y=0.073589x-0.13717,該方法檢出限為0.08 mg/L,線性范圍為0.08~140 mg/L。其加標(biāo)回收率為94.5%~105.2%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為1.45%~5.89%。結(jié)論該方法靈敏、操作簡(jiǎn)便、可實(shí)現(xiàn)測(cè)定過程的簡(jiǎn)便化、且準(zhǔn)確度高,可以滿足工作場(chǎng)所空氣中甲醇檢測(cè)方法的要求。
